Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed up to 72 hours afterwards. Orders will be shipped through UPS or USPS and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. 

Bloom Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or UPS scanning in your package.
